Terms of Use

Effective date: October 3, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CarolineCulverhouse.com, YouAreTheFacilitator.com, Integrative-Awakening.com, and HomePym.com, and content, products, courses, trainings, events, consultations, and services offered through those websites. By using the websites, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Educational and Informational Purpose

Website content and educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes. Participation in a course, training, retreat, workshop, consultation, or other offering does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial-advisor, or other licensed professional relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make purchases or register for paid offerings.
 

3. Purchases and Payments

Prices, payment schedules, inclusions, and access periods are presented at checkout, on the applicable sales page, or in a separate written agreement. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all amounts when due. If a payment plan is offered, the payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price unless the applicable offer states otherwise.
 

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, course materials, videos, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, downloads, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, share login credentials, upload materials to shared drives, teach from proprietary materials as your own, or create derivative commercial products without written permission.
 

5. Community and Live Program Conduct

Participants are expected to interact respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants. We may remove a participant from a live program, community, event, or retreat for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or materially interferes with the experience of others, subject to any applicable refund terms.
 

6. Recordings

Live online sessions may be recorded on Zoom. When a live program is recorded, participants will be emailed a link to the recording within 48 hours after the session. Participants may retain access for as long as they keep the Zoom recording link. Participant names, voices, video, and chat contributions may appear in recordings. By participating in a recorded session, participants acknowledge this possibility.
 

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, business, financial, therapeutic, healing, certification, or other outcome. Results vary based on many factors, including participation, decisions, circumstances, and implementation.
 

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The websites may link to or integrate third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
 

9. Prohibited Use

  • Use the websites or materials for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, paid content, or restricted areas.

  • Copy, scrape, republish, resell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

  • Interfere with website security, functionality, or other users.
     

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on website content or participation in an offering, except where liability cannot legally be limited. Any additional limitations should be reviewed by counsel for the governing jurisdiction.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
